After our initial consultation, we will provide you with your free custom website design quote. You will see that along with overviewing your specific design goals for your website project, we will also include a list of services within the quote that you may not have realized you needed, but are important to the success of your website. Each quote we provide for web design service will include the following:

Basic keyword optimization with meta tag building for Search Engine Optimization (Meta Tags Title, Description, Keywords & Robots Files etc for behind html code).
Optimization of the images, to find the fine line between quality and load time on the average user's internet connection.
Cross browser testing of site pages. (Your site will be compatible with several browsers - such as Microsoft Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, etc).

Alt text - We use descriptive short sentences in your alternate tags of images in the code. For example, if you're a florist, and there's a picture of a rose on your site, we would have "Buy a dozen red roses at Flora's" pop up whenever the curser rolls over the image. This is called keyword enhancing, and it improves the density percentage of the keywords on your homepage.
Keywords in the url - Using keywords in the url does have an effect for the search engine algorithms. However, we can use keywords in the filename also. For example if the page is about ford auto parts, then we can name your page "http://www.sitename.com/ford-auto-parts.html" this helps with the search engine listings, too.

So What is the Development Process?

Our custom design and development process consists of three phases.

Phase 1 is "Brainstorming": In this phase you tell us what you want your website to do - whether it's an ecommerce site with a shopping cart, an informational site, or a combination of the two. We will discuss design elements, the narrative, and the overall look and feel. After you supply us with the images & text, we will build a "comp," which is a graphic interpretation of your site. After revisions are made, and you have signed-off on the comp, we'll move into phase two.
Phase 2 is "Coding": In this phase we write the actual coding of the site in a web language called HTML. You will have password protected access to the site to check our progress, however the site will be unavailable to the general public until it is launched. After the site is completed, tested, and approved by you, the third phase begins.
Phase 3 is "Launch": This phase, called the "launch," is the migration of the entire site from the development platform to the "live" server on the web. Upon completion of the launch the project is completed, and your site is live and operational for business.

Template Driven Website Development

As a lower cost alternative to a custom built site, we have recently begun offering template driven websites. Templates are professionally pre-designed backbones into which your content can be inserted and, with minor alterations, can be tweaked to fit your specific needs. Templates expedite the development process by saving time during the design phase. With thousands of templates to choose from, the possibilities are endless. Once a template is used by a customer, it is retired from our files. As with a custom site, the development phases 2 and 3 will be the same.

Ecommerce Maintenance: $199 a month

Ecommerce sites are extremely dynamic by nature. Our package will ensure that your content never goes stale. We will change text on pages, replace or update site images, and add/delete/modify products in your shopping cart platform. As with the basic package, we will provide weekly site stats so you can track your hits. We will also constantly optimize your site, and submit your pages to the search engines for indexing.
